D’Tandoor Food Industries (DTFI) was created to centralise all food-related business dealings by introducing a central kitchen that carries out its catering, take-away and delivery orders, as well as cooking classes.
Our kitchen is fully equipped to serve about 8,000 people and prepare standardised recipes of some 100 varieties of regional Indian cuisine, ranging from northern, southern, Kashmiri and Chettinad. Additionally, theoretical and practical training to groom chefs and create new talent also takes place at this central kitchen.
